Happy Monday Reader As the festive lights start to twinkle, it's that bittersweet time when we're trying to slow down but end up busier than ever! Who can relate? My weekly objectives email has just gone out to clients to ensure we're all about wrapping up those final tasks before the holidays. With the holiday cheer just around the corner, I, too, find myself whirling through a flurry of tasks, eager to tie up all those loose ends before stepping into the festive break. But come Wednesday, I'm switching off for the year. It's time for some well-deserved downtime with my husband before the Christmas chaos kicks in, and we fly out to France for the New Year! So, let's make these last few days really count! Here's what I'm sharing in our last Monday Musings of 2023.

**Offer only valid up until 31st Dec 2023.** Last week, I had the honour of supporting my long-term client and friend, Katie Julia, during the ICONIC Dinner celebration in the Cotswolds. Yes, I landed back from Amsterdam the evening before. Yes, I drove down to the Cotswolds at 9am the next morning to check in to a gorgeous countryside pub before hopping on a strategy call for my own business! It was an intentional decision to book myself back-to-back due to the importance of the event for Katie, meet the team in person and wear my own inner icon dress! I can't wait to share more photos once the team has edited them. Katie's pioneering approach in the wedding industry, emphasising collaboration over competition, united influential women and artists under her mentorship and partners in her industry to welcome the incoming 2024 iconic mentees. The Iconic mentorship program holds a special place in my heart, as this program brought us together when a friend of mine invested in Iconic, who then recommended me to support Katie's growing business... you could say the rest is history! Katie has played an instrumental role in guiding me towards embracing my inner icon, following my own desires, and building a life that is less ordinary and independent of external influences. The Iconic Dinner is a significant milestone and testament to Katie's business vision, and I am SO proud to see the achievement of this. The Christmas festivities have officially kicked off as we had a wholesome weekend celebrating in Manchester with friends, first sharing the most amazing Indian food at Dishoom and drinks at the Christmas markets. I'm excited for more festivities this week. It's not Christmas until I've had a cheesy sausage, so we're heading back to another Christmas market, looking for a show, taking a snowboarding or skiing lesson (I'm undecided whether to switch to skiing for our trip to France this new year) and watching a brass band in Sheffield. We're staying at home on Christmas Eve with nibbles, films and maximum chills! This is our final Monday Musings email of 2023! We'll be back on Monday, 15th January, as I'll be focusing on client annual strategy sessions the first week back. I prefer to encourage a break in December for unwinding rather than strategising. I find post-Christmas a more suitable time, feeling refreshed and ready for meaningful goal-setting without succumbing to the New Year chaos.
